Finding purpose with practice — We often think of purpose as a finish line—a job title, a role, or a milestone. But what if purpose isn’t something you arrive at, but something you practice? In this episode, we explore why purpose has less to do with productivity and more to do with presence. From childhood passions to quiet moments of awe, purpose shows up when we allow curiosity to lead and values to guide.

One of our favorite prompts from this episode is: What did 10-year-old you love to do before the world told you who to be? Often, our childhood joys reveal our deepest truths. Maybe you loved creating, mentoring, or simply being in nature. Those sparks are clues.
We also talk about three pathways to purpose: reflecting on when you feel most alive, noticing what breaks your heart or lights you up, and following curiosity without pressure. Purpose evolves—it’s not a one-time revelation, but a practice of aligning with meaning every day.
